Location was great as only a short walk to beech street and the sea front. The caravan was modern and as described. My teenage son particularly liked the free WiFi which was available in the Caravan
The only slight downside was that the main bathroom door didnt latch to allow it to be locked

could have left tea sugar + coffee, but i did bring my own, no problem.
