Kay Poze Elegant Home Near MCO

I liked everything, the entire staff was great. I had a small issue with my TV but it was taken care of within a short time by the Housekeeping staff. All of my needs were me from an early check in so appreciated after traveling a good bit. This stay was a much needed getaway after losing my mom a couple of months ago. The host was so empathetic to what was needed. This was truly a setup from God who wouldn't allow me to stay anywhere else. We did have a hiccup which had nothing to do with the property it was a guest that rented a suite downstairs that was very irate she caused a disturbance late on my almost last day of being there. She was very loud with no consideration of myself and others on the top floor. She was screaming and shouting between 10:30 and 11:30 that night I was awake a few hours after that she calmed down a bit later but around 1:30 she started back again. I'm not really sure what her issue was but she was not an ideal guest for this property. I never really saw her but most definitely heard her and didn't want to see her all I know I'm glad her stay was only one night so that I can enjoy the remainder of my stay. She almost made a pleasant stay not so much a pleasure. I will definitely recommend this property and hope to come back in the future. Dorothy
