Absolute perfection - from the welcoming staff who helped check me in at 3am after multiple cancelled flights, to the very generous room upgrade, to the impeccable turn down service, the awesome lobby vibes, the warm and cheerful team greeting cars as they arrive, the stunning food and drinks at Watr - this is an amazing property.
Nothing, it was perfect.
