Just 2 minutes from Baščaršija, this is a great place to stay. We spent 6 nights here and didn’t encounter any major problems. The accommodation uses self check-in: you receive a code, enter the property, and collect your keys. The place was clean, comfortable, and even had a small kitchenette with a kettle. When we first arrived, I asked whether it would be possible to have some tea or coffee available, as we didn’t want to buy an entire box just for a few nights. We were told no because the owner preferred that guests not cook in the apartment. We weren’t actually asking to cook—just hoping for a few tea bags or some coffee. A couple of days later, I received a message saying we could now make tea freely, and a bag had been left at our door. When I checked, it contained a small electric stove and a tiny coffee pot. I think there was simply a misunderstanding, but it was quite funny. 😄 Overall, we really appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and its excellent location near Baščaršija. The only minor downside was that we had to unlock and lock three separate doors every time we entered or left the property—two additional doors before reaching our room. It certainly added a few extra minutes to every trip in and out! 😂 Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to the old town.
