Location, late checkin
Staffs entering without letting us know in advance. One of the guests was showering and had no idea the staff was outside.
There are 34- rooms which share the same staircase and lobby, rooms located very close to each other so you could hear 100% what other people said. Fortunate for us that we were the only one booking on that night.
Wifi password didn’t work. We decided not to tell the owner as it was late at night (12:00AM)
