Le calme, la proximité du lac, le propriétaire sympathique
Équipements vétustes. Lave vaisselle non fonctionnel, four energivore (fait disjoncter le logement), Clim qui fuit, pas de produits de première nécessité (liquide vaisselle), aspirateur de mauvaise qualité , très chaud sur la mezzanine pour dormir, canapé abominable, mieux vaut s’asseoir par terre.
