Empyrean House

If you’re looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, complete seclusion and privacy, combined with an incredibly well-thought-out accommodation concept – look no further. A beautiful house with absolutely every amenity you could possibly imagine: from a fantastically equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout, to immaculate cleanliness and luxurious touches such as a huge TV, new sauna and a hot tub. The spa area is also exceptionally well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every functional detail taken care of. There are also plenty of thoughtful touches inside the house to keep you entertained and make your stay even more enjoyable: from beautiful books on the history of philosophy or architecture to bound annual volumes of The New York Times. Just wow!!! It’s the kind of place where you can happily spend an afternoon simply browsing, reading and discovering something interesting. Ivan is a wonderful host who truly respects his guests’ privacy, while being available whenever you need him. It’s the thoughtful little touches that make all the difference – like the brand-new slippers provided for every guest, fresh local fruit upon arrival, and a bottle of chilled water waiting for you. Honestly, everything was just perfect.

Just a small suggestion (not a criticism at all) but a slightly larger fridge would be practical. We struggled a bit with our child’s ice cream birthday cake, which was supposed to be a morning surprise. Don’t ask how we managed to fit it into the tiny freezer overnight. :D Also, since the accommodation is brand new, I’m sure that, over time, perhaps an even more comfortable sofa will be added, especially considering the truly wow TV experience available in the living room.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Empayearn House. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, komplett ausgestattet und wunderbar ruhig. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Blick nach draußen und die entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!🙂
