The communication with the owner was excellent from beginning to end. They were responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. The pool and outdoor area were also very nice and were definitely the highlight of the property.

Unfortunately, the villa itself did not match the listing in several important ways. There was no air conditioning as advertised, which made the stay uncomfortable. Many of the promised amenities and kitchen utensils were missing, and the appliances that were available were very old. The listing also described three bedrooms, but in reality it was more like two bedrooms, with the third space separated only by a curtain, offering very little privacy. We also experienced a significant number of bugs inside and around the property. In addition, the roads leading to the villa were in very poor condition due to ongoing construction for a nearby train station. As a result, one of our car tires was completely damaged and had to be replaced.
