The description of the place on Booking.com accurately reflected the accommodations. The owner was very pleasant and kind. The house was brand new and the basement where I stayed had been done professionally. My bedroom was very clean and spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The room also had a work desk, Roku TV, fan, garbage can, and large closet. Even though the room was in the basement it had a fair sized window to let in natural light, and it was not damp at all. The heating and ventilating system was state-of-the art. I liked that 2 large bath towels were provided, and the bathroom was modern and clean. There was a central area in the basement where there was a fridge, microwave, coffee table with tea kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

It would have been nice to have a few more dishes and utensils, and a small kitchen table with chairs to help with food preparation and to eat at. I did not like having to eat in my room. I would have liked a few more hangers in the closet and a place to hang my wet towels.
