Super central and cozy apartment in Bergen

Host communicated well and provided all the necessary check in details in a timely manner. The apartment could not have been equipped any better. From internet, to fridge, to stove & oven, to a good size microwave- not the mini size, to dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, to a comprehensive information book IN FOUR LANGUAGES, to abundant hot water, clothes hangers, and three different size usb adapters. The hosts have thought of it all. While the beds and bedrooms were small we would stay again. Oh, and the location could not have been much better. A grocery store is across the street and the bus and train stations are maybe a 15 minute walk located right next to a shopping mall.

Of the two bedrooms one was very small; the width of the room was only as wide as the bed. We slept in the other bedroom which was a bit larger with ample closet space. However, the bed, maybe a full size, was a bit small for two people. And if two people were sleeping in it, one would have to crawl over the other to get in and out because there was no room at the foot of the bed. A special note and word of caution. The steps to the 2nd floor are numerous and very steep. Any person with physical limitations or mobility issues would have a difficult time at best. I am a healthy 75yo man who lifts weights twice a week and was challenged to get my carry-on bag and backpack up those stairs.
