La stanza era bella e spaziosa, anche se alcune parti erano un po’ trascurate, soprattutto le pareti. Il punto forte è sicuramente la posizione: davvero centrale e ottimale, con negozi, bar e tutto il necessario raggiungibili in circa 5 minuti a piedi.

Purtroppo il soggiorno ci ha lasciati piuttosto delusi. La stanza era al piano terra, cosa non indicata su Booking, e la porta d’ingresso chiudeva male, costringendoci a forzare molto la serratura. Anche l’insonorizzazione era praticamente assente e si sentivano chiaramente i vicini e le persone fuori in strada. Il bagno si allagava ad ogni doccia e mancava il tappetino, quindi abbiamo dovuto usare un nostro asciugamano. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare: segni sul vetro sopra il letto e, sotto il divano erano presenti formiche e unghie finte. Il letto era inoltre molto duro. La cucina era poco attrezzata: mancavano presine, spatole, scolapasta e altri utensili. Il congelatore era pieno di ghiaccio e mancava la macchina del caffè, che invece risultava tra i servizi su Booking. Mancavano inoltre scopa, paletta, straccio e cestino; c’era il ferro da stiro ma non l’asse. Avevamo chiesto espressamente uno stendino per i panni del mare, ma non ci è mai stato fornito, mentre era presente nei balconi degli altri ospiti. La lavanderia non ci è stata spiegata al check-in e l’abbiamo scoperta solo dopo tre giorni. Anche per il check-out abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi le indicazioni. Infine, il pagamento esclusivamente in contanti non era indicato su Booking. Sarebbe stato utile trovare almeno piccole quantità di olio e spezie per cucinare. Nel complesso, troppe piccole e grandi mancanze, oltre a una comunicazione non sempre chiara, che hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole del previsto.

Very clean and comfortable. Like a home from home. Host was lovely and answered quickly in regards to any questions we had. Apartments also had a room to leave luggage which was very handy as our flight home wasn’t till late. Apartment had everything you needed for a stay away. The apartment was very cozy , neat , very modern. Supplies were available. Host is very kind and lovely person with lots of patience and respect and willing to help you navigate your way around if you needed tips on the best places to go . We had a late night flight and unfortunately we couldn’t do a late check in because the place was booked but our host gave us a well secured place to store all our luggages when we asked her. ❤️

Everything was super lovely but would recommend getting a microwave there if you don’t mind

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern gestaltet, hatte eine Klimaanlage und von dort aus waren waren wir schnell am Strand. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind direkt umliegend vor der Haustür zu erreichen.

Wir haben mit 4 Personen in der Unterkunft gelebt. Der Platz war ok, allerdings gibt es unsererseits einige Kritikpunkte. Es gibt keine anständige und ausreichende Ausstattung der Küche. Grundausstattung wie Salz und Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Trockentuch und Spüllappen fehlten komplett und mussten selbst gekauft werden. Ein Topf, eine Pfannne und fehlende Kochutensilien machen es schwer auch mal was schnelles für die Kids zu kochen. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen oder etwas abzustellen. Die Kleidung sowie die Handtücher konnten nur direkt vor der Haustür über dem Geländer getrocknet werden, so dass vorbeilaufende Passanden stets einen Blick darauf haben können. Zudem war unser Apartment im Erdgeschoss und die Dinge vor der Tür ndemnach nicht sehr sicher. Der Eingangssbereich war mitnehmen ständigen Kampf mit den Gardinen gesegnet. Zwei davon wären hilfreich. Es ist alles sehr hellhörig gebaut. Beim Öffnen der Badezimmertür schaltete sich jedes Mal die Lüftung ein, da es kein Fenster gibt und die war so laut, dass die Kinder da ob geweckt wurden. Unsere Kinder bemerkten sehr schnell, dass oberhalb der abgehangen Decke ein Loch in der Wand zum Nachbarapartment ist. Dort konnte man stets hören was geredet und im TV geschaut wurde. Neben an waren Bauarbeiten, die sich aber zu verträglichen Zeiten einstellten. Zahlungen sollten direkt mit Visa-Karte über Booking.com geklärt werden, nicht in Bar und dann auch noch mit tagesaktuellem Wechselkurs hochgerechnet werden. Erwartet man von einem Hotel so auch nicht.
