The location is great (just 4km from Trivandrum city) in a nice neighborhood, and the pricing is quite reasonable.
The apartment is very congested with no parking available. The amenities listed were misleading; only one room had AC, there were only 2 proper beds plus a sofa bed, and the Wi-Fi had very poor range and connectivity issues.
