Location in the center and ability to walk from the property. Cleanliness, facilities- conversion to a spectacular standard. Would love to come in the autumn and use the fire!
Previous comments about excess light and needing curtains still valid , especially in mid summer. The main bedroom upstairs has light pouring in through floor to ceiling frosted glass panels from the main living area- bright at 5 am. We brought blackout fabric that we hung on slim tension rods.
Also note that the en-suite bathroom to main bedroom upstairs has no door , just gap in wall from bedroom.
A floor plan would have been useful
