Elisabetta and her husband were simply lovely. All interactions were kind and friendly, and extremely helpful. The apartment is perfect for location, safety and comfort. It was perfectly clean and a welcoming warm 'nest' to return to after a day at the galleries.We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Elisabetta for a terrific stay in Florence.

Elisabetta was such a wonderful host. The care package and personal check in to help us carry luggage up the stairs was above and beyond. The apartment is right in the heart of everything but we didn't have a problem sleeping at all. The in unit washer/dryer was also great to freshen up some of our clothes before we made our way!
