Asukoht on majutuskohal suurepärane. Bussijaam on lähedal, samuti Coop kauplus. Järve ja rannani on lühike maa, tegelikult see asubki ju kesklinnas ning kõik tähtsamad kohad on lähedal. Samas on tänu sissepääsule sisehoovist nagu linnakärast eraldatud ja vaikne. Majutuskoht tekitas tunde nagu oleks sattunud armsa vanaema juurde - vana puumaja oma võludega, ahjuküte. Samas on tualett ja duširuum ning samuti ka köök varustatud kaasaegse ja stiilse tehnikaga. Voodi oli megalai ja mugav! Kogu korter oli mõnusalt avar ja ruumi oli palju. Parkida sai turvaliselt sisehoovi otse ukse ette.
