House Sawubona

Comfort

Bedroom was neat

The room was clean and very nice. We had good privacy while enjoying the convenience of the location. The complex is nearby, literally at the end of the street. The air-conditioner is a nice touch for especially for unexpected weathers.

The room had ants, we couldn't leave food or dishes exposed without inviting an army. Just needs some fumigation or insect sprays. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

There was excellent communication with the owner prior to arrival Easy access to property. Very secure Good location just off the N2 Just surprised at the unit we were allocated. On booking.com the room looked very much bigger and in the main house. This one was a stand alone unit outside. Very comfortable, quality bedding , towels , bathroom amenities and coffee, tea making facilities. Bottles of water were provided and fresh milk. A microwave and a fridge and basically equipped for a self catering short stay Spotlessly clean and quiet

However....the outside unit, Queen is very small. Perhaps more suitable for a solo traveller A couple of hanging hooks would have been useful for clothes and wet towels, a chair and also a couple of patio chairs would have been nice. There's a nice outside space overlooking a garden with rabbits 😅 I did mention all of this to the owner and he did say they were addressing this as unit was new, only recently completed.

They need to offer breakfast. And more friendly staff or a reception or front of house manager

There is a lot of approvements that needs to Be done
