The apartment was wonderful, with a lot more space than we really needed, but it would be perfect for a small family or up to 3 couples. Quiet location just a few minute from town with a gorgeous view of the lower Kenai. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while bald eagles soared past. We also saw a small number of seals foraging in the river.
Navigating the outdoor steps to get upstairs could be challenging for people with limited mobility. A proper full sofa would have made things perfect.

Location was excellent - easy access to Soldotna and we enjoyed the view from the Kenai river platform along with watching the dip netters in action.
