Kitchen light didn’t work

Property was close to the beach and good restaurants.

Property need a lot of work before be on the market for rent, doors were hard to closed or open, closets and rooms doors were loose, unsafe for kids or people, second bathroom shower doesn’t work, what made it difficult when you rent for 5 people and need to wait to take a shower. The lights power very poor, the electric voltage very untestable, Neighbor very disrespectful and racist even when you are very respectful with time and music to know bother nobody. The neighbor next to the house, the one who live in the blue house was very aggressive, you can calm yourself because your vacation can turn on tragedy or jail time.
