​I recently stayed at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect! ​First of all, the hotel is brand new, modern, and incredibly well-designed. You can really tell that they thought through every single detail for the guests' comfort. A perfect example of this is the air conditioning system: the AC unit is positioned so thoughtfully that it cools down the entire room perfectly without blowing directly onto the bed. It kept the room beautifully refreshing and cool without any discomfort. ​The staff here are incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive. They took all my check-in preferences into account and accommodated every single request with a smile. ​But my biggest and most heartfelt thanks goes to the lovely lady who cleaned my room. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such a meticulous, detailed, and high-quality cleaning. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Every single day, the room was absolutely spotless and pristine—I was genuinely blown away by her dedication. It is truly hospitality at the highest level. ​If I visit Rimini again, I will definitely stay at this hotel without a second thought. Bravo to the entire team for such an outstanding job!

Da addetto ai lavori del settore alberghiero, tendo a notare ogni minimo dettaglio, ma l'Hotel Irene si difende alla grande su tutta la linea. All'arrivo la piattaforma ha causato un piccolo disguido, gestito in modo impeccabile dallo staff che ha risolto il problema con un upgrade della camera. Forse gli spazi delle stanze sono leggermente contenuti, ma sanno compensare alla grande con tutto il resto. Complimenti davvero: per essere un 3S applicano protocolli che in Riviera non si riscontrano nemmeno in strutture di categoria superiore (4/4S). Pulizia perfetta, colazione ottima e un'accoglienza piacevole e sempre disponibile. Una professionalità che fa bene al nostro settore. Bravissimi! A presto

AirCon is blowing direct in the the bed and not very comfortable. Maybe a deflector might fix the issue.
