Location … very close to ferry, bus and train station … in the centre of Bergen. Easy to check in and since our flight arrived midnight, it was quite handy for a late check in … quick to respond to queries … overall, a very good experience
The check in form was to be filled in before arrival to have access to all the property information including WiFi access … the drop down list had only check in times till 11.30 … I got worried that late check in may not be possible … had to send a message to get reassurance … the property quickly responded to confirm late check in but this extra correspondence could have been avoided with drop down box displaying late check in times as well!

很喜欢这家民宿，很少用booking，最开始还有点担心入住的问题，但是民宿很细心的交代我入住的流程，也很积极给我提供帮助。 这是我在挪威住的最舒服的两晚，大小合适，适合一家出行；房间很温馨，被子干净舒服；厨房的工具齐全，可以自己买一些美食回到民宿烹饪；并且位置很不错，走到哪里都很方便！ 如果下次来我还会选择这家民宿。
