The open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace ensures cosy moments, whilst the modern kitchen, with plenty of space, is perfect for cooking together. Large windows bring the greenery indoors and create a pleasant connection with nature. One bedroom is designed as a walk-through room and is accessed via a bathroom. The outdoor area delights with views stretching right to the water’s edge, several terraces, cosy seating areas and an outdoor kitchen for long summer evenings, whilst children can let off steam on the trampoline. A gazebo offers an additional retreat. Kyndeløse Sydmark is situated in a peaceful location close to the water and is perfect for walks, swimming trips and exploring nature. The region is ideal for relaxing days by the fjord, whilst Roskilde, with its cathedral and Viking ship museum, is within easy reach. The holiday home is situated in a charming natural landscape near the impressive Ejby Ådal, also known as the ‘Zealand Alps’. The area stretches along the Isefjord and offers magnificent views of Munkholmbroen, Holbæk Golf Club, the island of Orø and, on a clear day, as far as Kulhuse. Directly in front of the house, a rope leads down to the beach; alternatively, you can use the steps at the jetty. From here, numerous walking trails invite you to explore the area, for example to the legendary Troldkællingstenen.
