- Ruhige Lage - Terrasse / Garten - Genügend Platz - gute Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus) - Supermarkt nah an der Unterkunft (5 Gehminuten)
- Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig - Sauberkeit war nicht zu 100% vorhanden, das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig - zu wenig Küchen Utensilien z.B. Pfannenwender und ein großer Topf hat gefehlt, zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck - Kühlschrank sehr klein und zu tief - kleine Abtrennung zu den Nachbarn im Garten wäre sinnvoll - Die Nachtische sind extrem wackelig - sehr kleiner Fernsehen und zu weit entfernt (unverständliche Bedienung) - vor der Anreise haben wir gefragt ob in der Unterkunft Handtücher vorhanden seien, wir haben die Rückmeldung erhalten, das es dort keine gäbe, doch es waren welche vorhanden.
