Villa Tropical Awesome Bay Sea Views & Pool

The villa was really nice with excellent views over the bay at Herradura. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped, really couldn't find fault. You need a car for this location just to get to it and to open up the surrounding area. An added bonus was the wild life Iberian Ibex roaming the wooded area around the villa, saw them on numerous occasions.

There was definitely a lack of communication with the management company. I had to get Bookings.com to gently kick some backsides as we had very little information prior to arrival. Check in was a farse, when we arrived we made contact with the management company who told us to go in through a small gate, no way, it was locked to get to a key safe to get keys to enter the villa. Then told to stretch over the gate and manually slide the bolt to open it, now I am 5`'10" and I couldn't even touch the bolt let alone slide it and at 76 there was no way I was about to try and climb over the gate. Frustrated but determined I eventually hit on the idea to use the car ignition key to lengthen my arm, success. When we eventually got into the villa an additional problem of blinds the lead to the patio area being stuck in the closed position, another hour passed before I eventually got them open. Surely these things should have been checked and maintained. This problem could have been eliminated by simply sighting the key safe on the outside wall and doing maintenance. Would I go again, in a strange way yes because the villa had so many good points
