The location of this house it just minutes away from the beach within walking distance! Also, the house was withing 3 minutes of the grocery store, which we took multiple trips. The neighborhood was very quiet as it's surrounded by others also vacationing to Seaside. The house was equipped with all the necessities that were needed as far as cooking. The game rooms was hit for the kids they have so much fun with all the games this house provided!!! We were a group of 11 and this house was definitely family approved !!!!!
The only thing that as a family we didn't like was the walking distance to the main town. As the little ones were tired of walking.
