Amazing stay in Cyprus! Thanks so much for the hospitality and the fantastic time! The villa has such a great atmosphere. The location is perfect. You're just a mile away from some truly beautiful beaches. The owner also runs a restaurant, and the food you can order for delivery is incredibly tasty – highly recommended! Getting around is easy too. The highway to Larnaca and Protaras is only a few minutes' drive away. It's a great spot for families looking for some peace and quiet, but the crazy 24-hour nightlife of Ayia Napa is also just around the corner if that's your thing. There’s free parking available, which is a plus. The owner is a super nice guy and great to talk to. The conversations with him are always interesting and engaging. He speaks perfect German, English, and Russian. The place itself is well-furnished, very clean, and comfortable

From the moment I stepped in, the owner welcomed me with a hot meal and assured me I can get comfortable on the sofa and watch some television whilst our tea was brewing. The room was perfect as the air conditioning unit worked well and bed was comfortable. All in all the owners hospitality and care in our stay was outstanding and I highly recommend booking this when coming to Ayia Napa to get your moneys worth 🤝

Jeśli mam być szczery na maxsa. Spotkałem tu osobę z którą pragnę mieć kontakt. To będzie moje miejsce na kolejne wakacje. Chata świetna, czysto i przede wszystkim bezpieczna. Jest wszystko co potrzeba turyście gdy przyjeżdża do kraju gdzie jest ogromny upał. Macie klime, internet i wszystkie wygody. Ja w mojej ocenie daje śmiało 10 che Do morza jest 2 minuty i jest petarda. Sklep jest tuż za rogiem, a restauracja zaraz koło sklepu. Polecam to miejsce wszystkim dobrym ludziom.🤝🤝🤝🙏💪

The bed is very comfortable with everything you need for a peaceful stay away from the busy town. There is free parking. The host is very friendly and helpful and the room locks.

This a room within someone’s house it’s a shared shower and bathroom not a private studio suits someone who is flexible and solo traveller.
