Chilpancingo by Wynwood House

great location, really helpful staff. laundry facilities with free soap dispenser. spacious room. great and new kitchen amenities. Loved that it had also a heater as it got cold during my stay

The room is quite dark with view on other buildings and no direct sunlight. No dining table, only one chair (which was fine as I traveled solo but might be uncomfortable if a couple is traveling)

It was well located and clean with good facilities. They let us check in early after the check in process was complete…..

The check in process was horrendous and for that reason alone, I would not stay again. We arrived after a 13 hour overnight bus trip and had booked this place and when we arrived, we had to go through a complete verification process via what’s app including passport, selfie, photograph of credit card covering the numbers but displaying the name and last 4 digits and full details address, phone number etc. Then we had to wait for their staff offsite to verify the details which took 2 hours. After 3 days we decided to extend and we had to go through the exact same process again. We were sent a payment link and we paid but we were not confirmed for another 24 hours while they verified all our details again. It was the most ridiculous, frustrating and exhausting check in I’ve ever encountered. Not recommended.
