Sun Beach Apartment

La ubicación es inmejorable. A 2 min andando de la playa. Ildefonso, el anfitrión, es muy atento y siempre estaba pendiente de nosotros. Estuvo en contacto conmigo desde el primer día para ayudarnos con la estancia. La limpieza muy buena y el piso en general muy cómodo. Con todo lo que necesitas. Recomiendo 100%

Todo fue maravilloso. Lo único malo fue que la plaza de parking no está asegurada, ya que hay menos plazas que vecinos en la urbanización, pero también es verdad que en una calle cercana había mucho espacio para aparcar. Así que tampoco es un gran problema.

The location of the apartment is ideal. It is a 3 minute walk down to the beach. It is a 15min drive to Malaga city centre. You would think that the property would be noisy due to the close proximity to the beach clubs but this is not the case. You cannot hear anything from the property. The apartment itself is quite spacious with a lovely quiet terrace. The AC works even too well at times with the chill breeze it gives off. Due to the new improvements of the property it is clear that it is clean, modern and new and well equipped. The day to day residents/neighbours are all very friendly and helpful. They made us feel fully welcome from the very first moments.

The host is pleasant however please be aware of a situation which arose upon our arrival. The step by step instructions to actually get into the property are quite extensive and complicated. We only received the full steps in the morning of the day of our arrival (Please check Booking.com as you will receive vague steps at first and only on the date of your arrival the full steps). As we were not aware that there were additional steps, we attempted to contact the host Ilde as to how to get into the apartment. It took around 2 hours for him to finally get back and respond to us once we were already inside and figured it out ourselves. He was unable to contact due to minding his children. As stated above, he is very nice however we did endure some amount of stress when we were unable to get into the property and had no way of contacting him (as I am sure anyone would in this situation). Thanks to the residents we were able to figure it all out. The parking on site is quite small and the spot is not guaranteed but if it is full there are spots to park on beside the road that is a 2min walk away. So parking in the area is not problem The apartment is very clean. We stayed for 10 days and were provided with 3 towels. We would have liked to have gotten a few more but this is a minor nitpick. Similarly a clean halfway through the stay would have been nice to see but once again nothing major. Overall we left the apartment in a very clean state and left our beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy :) In conclusion I want to emphasise that the "neagtives" are very very minor and easy fixes and the initial situation was just unfortunate. We highly recommend anyone to stay in this property for their future stays. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Alojamiento muy limpio y recien reformado

Perfekt lägenhet för en liten familj. Jättebra instruktioner hur man hittar och checkar in. Värden var väldigt uppmärksam och kollade att vi hade det bra. Allt var nytt och fräscht och med allt man behöver för några dagar. Vi hade härliga dagar på stranden alldeles nedanför boendet. Balkongen var toppen att sitta på på kvällen. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
