We had roughly 20 people there for my 29th birthday/mini vacation. Plenty of space and plenty to do! It was fairly close to pigeon forge. Was very clean and Ethan the property manager was very polite and told me to call him at any time. We didn’t need anything though of course. Would stay again!
If I had to really be nitpicking, might want to bring your own trash bags because I think we only had 2 there.
