Het was alles bij elkaar het uitzicht de velen terrassen zwembad buiten keuken.

De accommodatie is rustig gelegen en heeft een klein maar aangenaam privé zwembad. Prima parkeergelegenheid zowel op straat als in de eigen garage. Het huis staat op een berg helling en heeft daarom meerdere leuke terrassen boven elkaar met fijn tuin meubilair en een extra tuinhuis met toilet en BBQ faciliteiten. Binnen in het huis zijn alle denkbare voorzieningen aanwezig. Er mist alleen een vaatwasser maar die staat wel op de planning om te worden geplaatst volgens de eigenaar.
Door het klimaat is de accommodatie soms wat kil en vochtig. Dit is goed op te lossen door af en toe met de airco droge en warme lucht in te blazen.
