Ben is the epitome of a property manager. Professionally friendly, proactive, informative...Matin's is well-located, very clean, the room is pocket-size well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, we had a great nights (2) sleep. We would stay here again.
Some noise from other customers' rooms. The parking lot could be repaved.

Convenient location, nice kid at the desk.
The smell of the room stuck to my tongue….. to say the bed was uncomfortable would be an understatement:….they rent the rooms for $600 a MONTH.
