Luxury 2BR Apartment with City View&2Baths

We stayed in these apartments from August 20 to August 24, and overall we had a very good experience. The apartment is brand new, with a fresh renovation. It was pretty clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils, and there is also a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The beds were large and very comfortable. The blackout curtains were excellent, and if it hadn’t been so hot on the first night, we would have slept very well. The sound insulation is also very good. When the windows are closed, you can hardly hear any noise from outside, and the rooms are well insulated from each other too. The host was very friendly, responsive, and replied to our messages quickly whenever we had a question. The location is convenient, with grocery stores about a 10-minute walk away.

A few things could be improved. The air conditioner did not work during our first two days and night, so it was very hot in the apartment. We had to sleep with the windows open, and it was noisy because of the road outside. Fortunately, the air conditioner started working afterwards and everything was fine for the rest of our stay. The apartment has a dryer, which is a great feature, but it takes a very long time to dry clothes. We tried several different settings, but even after about two hours our clothes were still not completely dry. It would be great to have an outdoor drying rack or clothesline, so guests can hang their clothes outside if they need them to dry faster. The dishwasher was very convenient, especially for a larger group, but there were only about three dishwasher tablets provided, which was not enough for our stay. It would be nice if a few more tablets were available. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more ourselves. It would be better if basic supplies like toilet paper were provided in sufficient quantity for the entire stay. Another small suggestion would be to add a small trash bin in the bathroom for tissues, dental floss, and other bathroom waste. It would be much more convenient than carrying everything to the kitchen trash bin.

Остановились в данной квартире два раза по 4 ночи в июне 2026. Квартира и все фотографии в профиле соответствуют действительности. Дом новый, квартира с новым ремонтом и с полной комплектацией техники (в т.ч. сушильная машина, измельчитель пищевых отходов, отпариватель и тд). Отдельно хочется отметить матрасы, мы высыпались как дома. Комфортно. Учитывая что мы искали жилье именно в Аджапняке, местоположение для нас отличное. Хозяин, дядя Аршак, дружелюбный и внимательный, с таким подходом к вопросу очень приятно было иметь дело. Желаем удачи Вам!
