A beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town. The apartment had just been renovated, and the building itself is a charming old stone house right in the historic centre. The room was spacious and impressive — definitely not an ordinary hotel room. It was more like an apartment-style room, with kitchenware, a fridge, and everything needed for a short stay, or even for a slightly longer one. During our stay, the air conditioning had not yet been installed, so there was only a fan. The fan helps if the temperature is not too high, and we were told that the air conditioning installation was still in progress. The apartment is on the second floor, and you need to use the stairs to get there. This is not a problem unless you have mobility issues. Parking is possible in the public blue-lined parking spaces, although not directly in front of the building, or in a separate parking area about 700 metres away. It is worth checking in advance how to find that parking area, especially if you arrive on a weekend evening. Parts of the town centre are restricted to traffic, and the public blue parking spaces can be fully occupied. The host was extremely helpful via WhatsApp. Overall, this is a wonderful, newly renovated apartment in a fantastic location. Once the air conditioning is installed and you are familiar with the parking instructions, it is an excellent place to stay. The only reason why I did not give full 5-stars was the air conditioning and parking procedure during weekend nights.

Lovely room, one of a cluster of three with a spacious common room complete with espresso machine and other appliances (currently being setup for breakfast). And the decorated vaults. My room has a double bed plus a kids bunk bed on top, but as a solo traveller I can't comment on the arrangement. Fancy shower, too. Functional, clean, tidy. A/C very effective. Check in is conveniently self-serve. Great location to explore the historic borgo and to reach the Sea. then again Giovinazzo Is a small place! I didn't mind the off-site breakfast at the bar as I ride a bicycle, however I can understand that some people would not be too happy with the walk in the morning. Then again, coffee and tea in the room! Oh, and I found a small bottle of wine in the fridge, too.

Property could be more explicit about the room being on the first floor. This may have been written in the description but if so, I missed it. Not a big deal as I was able to secure my bicycle downstairs, but for people with accessibility requirements, this would be a problem. I think Booking needs to make this info more obvious

Ho soggiornato in questo splendido B&B con la mia compagna e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. La struttura è situata all'interno di un edificio storico di grande fascino, impreziosito da volte dipinte meravigliose che rendono l'atmosfera davvero unica e suggestiva. La nostra camera era calda, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cucina, completa di tutto il necessario, e il bagno, ampio e bellissimo, dotato di una grande doccia e di una splendida vasca idromassaggio emozionale che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. L'intera struttura è immersa in un'atmosfera magica, perfetta per una fuga romantica. La colazione viene servita presso un bar a circa 400 metri di distanza, ma vale assolutamente la breve passeggiata: il locale dispone di un laboratorio artigianale e offre cornetti davvero eccezionali, accompagnati dalla grande gentilezza e cordialità del personale. La posizione è perfetta, nel cuore del centro storico, e abbiamo anche ricevuto un permesso che ci ha consentito di parcheggiare gratuitamente nella zona, un servizio molto apprezzato. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Antonio, l'host, che si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, professionale e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno. Un'esperienza che porteremo nel cuore e un giorno che non dimenticheremo facilmente. Consigliatissimo!
