Good communication from letting agents before we arrived including a talk through video of private gate and drive access, parking spot and getting and in to the house. It’s lovely and quiet and safe which suited us. The air con works well and the facilities were good including a very comfortable bed, pillows, great shower, washing facilities and full size hair dryer. The garden is lovely with seating and shade. The area is handy for many local attractions.
It is not affiliated with the golf club so you cannot just access their facilities or use the club house which was disappointing. The letting agents failed to respond to a question about where the rubbish should be left on vacating despite a warning it needed to be taken out. Kitchen light didn’t work but we coped. A bin in the kitchen, some mugs or cups and larger glasses would be a good idea. The toilet seat needs tightening. There was a breakage which is being dealt with separately.
