Contesto in villa molto bello con spazi adeguati ad una coppia. Terrazzo e vista panoramica top. La posizione della casa in alto rispetto al mare garantisce più ventilazione.
Cucinino scomodo per lavare e scolare i piatti, carenza di superficie lavabile vicino ai fornelli con rischio di macchiare il muro. Divano scomodo Bagno nuovo ma con lavoretti da sistemare
