No fish cleaning is permitted on-site & no fish coolers are allowed inside the home - Swim towels are not provided; it is recommended that guests bring their own - The location is scenic, natural & lakeside. While the property is treated quarterly, we recommend guests bring insect repellent and storage containers/bags to store food LOCAL REGULATIONS - A fishing license is required of any resident who fishes in the public waters of Texas, and failure to produce proof of license can result in fines by the Game Warden.
