Dachterrasse mit Panoramasicht. Südlage 5 Minuten bis Bergbahn, 2 Min bis Eisplatz im Winter und Freibad mit Tischtennisspielmöglichkeit und Minigolf im Sommer , sehr ruhige Lage, zentral gelegen. Sehr schön ausgebaute Dachwohnung, 2 Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer,gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, TV/Sat, Telefon, Radio. Wohnraum 86 m2. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht empfehlenswert(Treppen).Schlüsselübergabe im Hause der Vermieter am Anreisetag. Wegen Neubau des Nachbarhauses ist mit Baulärm zu rechnen von Anfang Mai 2025 bis Ende Oktober 2026.
