The 3.5-room ground-floor flat is located in a natural and quiet environment and was completely renovated in 2024. The flat is ideal for up to four people. Sleeping arrangements and amenities are designed to comfortably accommodate parties of up to six individuals. Nestled within 63 m2, this charmingly appointed flat features a luminous living room including a cozy sofa, a delightful window seat, and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen, including a stylish kitchen island, seamlessly blends into the space. Additional parking spaces upon request. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Out of respect for the neighbours, parties inside the apartment are not permitted. We kindly ask you to observe the usual quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Trin-Mulin is the perfect starting point for various leisure activities and tourist attractions in the Surselva region (including the Flims-Laax-Falera skiing, hiking, and biking area as well as countless other offers for families and business enthusiasts), Viamala (including the Viamala Gorge, castles & palaces), Imboden (including Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta, Rhine Gorge). The cross-country ski trail is within a short walking distance. The Flims mountain railway station can be reached by post bus or car in just eight minutes.
