The flat has a covered parking space and a storage room for winter sports equipment. In the beautiful garden you can play and sunbathe, garden furniture is available. This cosy 2.5 room flat is located in the beautifully situated, traffic-calmed mountain village of Falera, only a 7-minute walk from the mountain railways. The traditionally furnished flat offers 55sqm of space for 4 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room and access to the garden. In the bedroom there are two bunk beds, in the bathroom there is a shower, washbasin and toilet.In the kitchen you will find a cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, filter coffee machine, as well as a raclette, cheese and chinoise fondue set. In the cosy living room there is a TV, WLAN and a telephone available for use. A washing machine is also available.Conditions and extrascheck-in 5 p.m., check-out 12 a.m. Bed linen, bath- and dishtowls, CHF 25.00 per person (will be paid directly to the landlord). If a dog is carried, it is calculated with CHF 10.00 per night and added to the invoice.
