We’re excited to introduce you to the newly furnished Villa Lavanda, located in the peaceful area of Golubovo, close to Barbariga and Vodnjan. This charming villa is the perfect choice for up to 8 guests who want to enjoy comfort and a relaxing getaway. The sea is just 2.6 km away, and you’ll find restaurants and shops 3.4 km from the villa.Villa Lavanda offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious interior of 200 m², ideal for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and an extra smaller lounge area featuring a lovely fireplace. There’s also a bathroom on this level and a bedroom with a double bed, its own private bathroom, and air conditioning. Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds, air conditioning, and private bathrooms, and one of these rooms also has a beautiful balcony. The third bedroom comes with two single beds, perfect for kids or friends who prefer separate beds.Outside, there’s plenty to enjoy — a 32 m² private pool, sun loungers, a children’s playground, table football, and two covered outdoor dining areas with a barbecue, ideal for spending warm summer evenings together.
