This is an exclusive modern luxury villa that offers exceptional design and beautiful nature with a sea view. The owners have made it possible to relax on a well-deserved vacation, as everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The fully air-conditioned villa accommodates 8 people.On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, WC, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a very large living room with direct access to the outdoor area. On the second floor, which is connected by an interior staircase, there are 3 more bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bar with a kitchen area and a balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.At your disposal in the attractive outdoor area are exclusive lounge furniture with an integrated cooling compartment, sun loungers, sun protection, a covered grill with a dining area, and an infinity pool with a sea view that can be heated on request. Still under construction and therefore not yet visible in the pictures is a gym, billiard table, and a mini soccer field.If you would like additional pool heating, it is charged at 150 euros per week.The residence is fully fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces.Book Villa La Casaccia and experience a touch of luxury.
