Food, location, the hospitality of the caretaker and his family were all excellent. The facilities were good too, with the pool and garden well-maintained.

Finding the location was very difficult. We were not provided a good landmark, as the location was shown off the road (there is a private road leading up to the property. It is close to a temple.

I would highly recommend this villa for a nice family outing... Advantages : 15 minutes drive from the Jetty. New well maintained property with the Sea visible at close range from villa. Nice pool over looking the sea . Clean rooms and a nice cozy pool side area overlooking the sea for conversations. We were 11 people , a mix of senior citizens and people above 40 and had a very good time here. The food is amazing and we tried the local food. Barbeque was good. Sanjay who is the caretaker is an amazing guy and took care of our needs and managed a barbecue. The hosts are very prompt in their response to queries and ensure the villa upkeep and guests are taken care of. The beach in this belt is slightly rocky but easily accessible , so if you are not a fan of going into the sea but being very near the sea, this is a great option. Thanks for the amazing stay. All of us had a lot of fun.

Stayed at this 3 BHK villa in Alibaug and it was really nice. The villa is sea facing and the view was very calm and beautifull. Surrounded by coconut trees which made it feel very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay if you want peace and a nice view. Will definetly visit again.
