The newly renovated house, located in the village of Markovac near Umag and Buje, consists of four apartments, two of which are studios on the second floor. The house is just a short drive from Umag and Buje, two picturesque towns offering a wide range of services, restaurants, shops, and cultural activities. Kanegra beach is 4 km away. Pets are allowed for an additional daily fee. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a large terrace at the entrance equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol. There are two bedrooms: one with two joined single beds and the second with two separate single beds; a living room with a sofa bed for one person, satellite TV, a dining table and chairs; a fully equipped kitchen; and a complete bathroom with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, and washing machine. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet connection are available free of charge. There is a private parking space near the house. *Pets are allowed for an additional fee per day, payable in cash upon arrival. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or in outdoor areas, but it is not permitted indoors. We kindly ask our guests: to respect the neighbors and behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest hours, for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation, to handle the accommodation’s equipment with care, to leave empty containers and clean used cutlery and kitchen utensils, to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, to indicate the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange the return of the keys. The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of stay.
