Sehr süßes Apartment, unkomplizierter Self Check-In, das Zimmer samt Küche ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Es gab eine Nespressomaschine mit Kapseln und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung!

Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Da ich aber nur kleines Gepäck dabei hatte, war das kein Problem.

My stay at the property was perfect. The accommodations are great for a good price. Well placed so you’re close to city center. Any question you might have, you can contact the staff on WhatsApp and they answer fast.

Beautiful, brand new, and very clean structure. It’s in a safe, recommended area just a short walk from the train station, and the center is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the Presidential Palace gardens. The staff is polite: our booking issues were resolved with great courtesy and promptness, even though they were fully booked and couldn't change our ground-floor apartment. Highly recommended, just clarify special requests in advance! Highly recommended structure and lovely staff! Just a tip: if you have specific needs (like a preferred floor or early/late check-in), confirm them clearly with the property in advance to make sure everything is 100% ready.

There were a few minor hiccups with the booking management. We had requested and been granted an early check-in, but due to a flight delay, we arrived later than planned. Luckily we did, because they were just finishing up the cleaning right then (had we been on time, the room wouldn't have been ready). Also, despite booking for three guests, the room was initially set up for two. However, they fixed this extremely quickly and with great kindness. Lastly, we didn't request a ground floor room, but that’s what we were assigned. Fortunately, it was very quiet, spacious, and beautiful, even though the living area looked directly onto the sidewalk. Highly recommended structure and lovely staff!
