We had a wonderful stay at KL Skyline Bukit Bintang. The apartment is brand new, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Everything felt modern, with smart features that made the stay even more comfortable. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, especially in the evening. The apartment itself is spacious, with a large master bedroom and two additional rooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The location is convenient, and considering the quality of the accommodation, it offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very enjoyable overall, but there are a few areas that could make the experience even better. It would be helpful if housekeeping services were available on request for changing bed sheets and towels, as well as sweeping and mopping the apartment during longer stays. Since the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, providing a small amount of laundry detergent would be a thoughtful addition, as guests are unlikely to purchase a full pack for a short stay. A few basic kitchen essentials, such as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets, would also be appreciated for guests arriving late or wanting a quick drink in the morning. The only issue we faced was during checkout. We had an early morning departure, and although detailed check-in instructions and videos were provided, there were no self-checkout instructions. No one arrived to collect the keys, and the security staff were unable to accept them. After some confusion, I eventually figured out that the keys could be left in the apartment’s mailbox. Including self-checkout instructions in advance would make the departure process much smoother.
