Avangard Hotel

I needed to stay exactly in that area so I didn’t have much choice. The room was clean and had nice carpet. I ordered a coffee at 6 in the morning and it was delivered very quickly. Prices for food are reasonable. Coffee was good. The staff were quite friendly and let me use their mobile phone because they had problems with the hotel wifi.

The guy at the reception saw that I was struggling with my suitcase as there wasn’t a ramp for suitcases. However he didn’t bother to help. The room smelt of cigarette smoke, no one asked me if I preferred a non-smoking room. But the main problem was a horrible noise in the room produced by ventilation. It was like engine whirl. So I had to use my earplugs to fall asleep. The bed though very big, was not very comfortable and rather old. The mattress definitely needed changing. Water from the shower leaked on the floor in the bathroom, and after a few minutes the entire floor was wet, probable the shower door isn’t sealed properly.
