Las instalaciones y cercanía a los lugares de interés, lanchas y comercio. El personal muy atento, además cuentas con la opción de utilizar las instalaciones del otro hotel que hace parte de la familia, Palenque, un lugar muy agradable, con la mejor playa de Rincón del Mar y con vista a los mejores atardeceres. La comida que ofrecen en Palenque es deliciosa y se adaptan a tus necesidades.
Es necesario colocar toldillo, hay muchos zancudos en la zona.

La atención y la amabilidad del personal encargado.
La limpieza del baño puede mejorar mucho. Podrían poner una mesa y sillas en la habitación para hacerla más cómoda al igual que un lugar donde poner la ropa.
