Had a wonderful stay here. The villa is cozy and the staff are helpful

The rooms were very spacious and tidy. Campers kitchen available. No bottled water supplied so bring your own.
It was hard to find, in back blocks. The neighbourhood dogs and roosters are extremely vocal so bring ear plugs. Not within walking distance to dining or shops (one small alfa mart about 10mins away) and UBUDs traffic now can make the small journey a half hour or more commute.
