Помешкання нове, приваблює сучасний дизайн з увагою до кожної дрібниці. В помешканні з двома спальними кімнатами і залою було все для комфортного відпочинку сім'ї, включаючи смарт ТВ, кондіціонер, пральну машину, ванну і власну кухню з електроплитою і холодильником. Великі балкони і величезні вікна в підлогу з яких відкривається запаморочливий вигляд на Східницю
Трохи далекувато від центру і від більшості джерел, хоча нам з власним авто це було не критично. В якості рекомендацій власнику - облаштувати численні виходи на балкон (4) по периметру помешкання протимоскітними сітками, бо ввечері коли хочеться насоложуватись свіжим карпатьським повітрям ми вимушені були зашторювати вікна щоб не налітали в помешкання комахи.
