The location of the property is surrounded by coffee plantation. Close to the main road. 15 to 20 mins travel to reach Madikeri, the main city. Isolated villa to silently enjoy the peace.
There are limited night lightings. Since it's surrounded by plantation, it will be better if secured by compound walls.

Good worth for the price ..water glasses and kettle for hot water will be a good for the stay

Room is big, clean and airy and so is the bathroom. The plantation is good, and large - dont miss it. I got coffee cups, whenever i requested. Working remote is OK, but always use phone hotspot as backup
Restaurant option - its temporarily off. Although Swiggy and Zomato is available but mostly they dont take order after 7 pm. The caretakaer helped us to a nearby restaurant for food, order over phone and go collect it (Food Plaza)
