Crespina Private House

It is close to the main area for food and also close to the surfing area( cloud 9, by bike ). The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and comfortable. I had a peaceful and private space during my whole stay. You are also able to rent the motorcycle from them. I really loved the rest area in the middle of the yard. Oh, you are able to cook by yourself if you like, all kitchen equipments are in your room, you will also have a mini fridge! It’s like your small home in Sairgao! Definitely recommend it to you!

If you're looking for a private house to stay in Siargao, this is a great choice! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Pros: * Conveniently located near restaurants and cafés. * Has a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. * Motorcycle rentals are available, making it easy to explore the island. * Close to bars and nightlife, especially around General Luna. * Easy enough to find with the directions provided by the owner. * The caretaker is very accommodating, friendly, and responsive to any concerns. * Comes with a private terrace on the ground floor, which is perfect for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee, or unwinding after a day of exploring. Cons: * Since it's a relatively new accommodation in Siargao, some local drivers may not recognize the place yet. However, this wasn't a problem because the owner provides clear directions and the complete address before your arrival. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place offers excellent value, especially if you're traveling with friends or family and want the privacy and convenience of having your own house.

The walls seem to be a bit thin, so you can occasionally hear noise from the neighboring guests. It wasn't a major issue during our stay, but it's something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper or prefer complete quiet.
